What I do
BJD , DD face-up
Vinyl dolls: Dollfie Dream, Obitsu/Parabox heads , Dollce etc.
Resin dolls: Any genuine or artist cast SD, MSD and YOSD dolls.
What I don't do

I do not accept Dollclans heads due to official artist agreement.

I do not support recast dolls. All requests will be rejected.
* If I find out later that you sent me a recast, the head will be returned to you. I will keep only shipping price and refund you the rest. On top of that, further commissions from you will be rejected. *Artist has rights to refuse services.

I do not paint barbie, bratz, pullip and other fashion dolls.

I do not copy other dolls face-up.
* For reasons of respect to other artists, and it's not possible for me
to copy another style and technique. I have my own individual style.
You can review my portfolio to see my previous works for your decision.
I will not be responsible for discoloration during cleaning process,
which happens to most tanned dolls.
There are things I won’t do just due to health issues I cannot risk it. So please try to understand.
Some of these things include:
✖ Eye opening or any eyehole modification on either vinyl or resin.
✖ Modding ( major sanding modifications )
✖ Dyeing resin
✖ Restoration of damaged items / Repair damaged face ups
✖ Permanent piercings, drilled holes (drilled piercings)
✖ Full body blushing / silicone body blushing
Cancellation

This situation hardly happens because most of you are really nice. Unfortunately, I have experienced cancellation in the past.
​ Customer who cancel service mid-way will be permanently banned.
In case of the doll is received and I’ve already started working on it, if you suddenly cancel the commission, 50% of your payment ad shipping fee will be non-refundable due to compensate my lost time and materials. And Doll's face-up will be wiped clean before shipment.

Method and Turnaround

Please note I have a carpal tunnel syndrome condition, which I have no control over. Therefore I need to work at a slower pace.
Face-ups process can take up to 3-4 months.

Below is how your order is process.

Copy the Commission form below, then fill in and send to me via your Email ( please use your active Email ) . Reference pictures attached will be pleasured. (for example – I want this mood, this is my OC etc) .

Please wait for a confirmation Email before sending the parcel.
Please pack your doll safely in an appropriately sized box. Do not use envelopes to ship your heads! (Please also include a face mask as I do not currently provide these). I’m not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

After receive your package, I will send you another confirmation and start working on the head as scheduled.
First draft in base color will be done and also eyebrow outline. I will send you picture to confirm details. If you need to make any changes, you will have to tell me at this stage. After your approval, I will be able to add but not remove any work. (for example I can make eyebrows darker, blush heavier, or add some lashes, freckles etc. , but I cannot change shape of eyebrows or make shade lighter) and redo fees will be applicable.

* I absolutely cannot work well under stress. Please do not ask for frequent updates. Do not ask for pictures of work. Quality work takes time, I spend quite amount of times going over every tiny detail of your doll’s face up. I will show you once I'm satisfied with results.

I will send you another finished work photo and will send your doll back to your place via EMS and will send you the tracking number. ( I require that when it's finished and shipped back to you, you must pay to have it shipped via Registered Airmail/EMS. )
I will always inform you of any delays or changes.

Please keep in mind that all my work is done by hand, it is not done by stencil or airbrushing. This includes tattoo work and scars. Because everything is free-handed, it's impossible to be 100% symmetric. With many tiny details I put many, many hours of effort into my commissions, and I’m grateful with all of your understanding of the process which takes times.
What can delay the commission work

carpal tunnel flare up - unfortunately if my carpal tunnel symptoms worsen, this prevents me from working sometimes for few weeks.

I have problems with Herniated disc , which make me unable to sit still and work for a long period at one time.

other illness – you will always be informed in PM or via my page announcements.

Extreme heat, cold or rain - weather may interfere with my work schedule ( for example sealing outside may not be possible due to weather )

I have unique style for both anime and also realistic BJD face ups which can be viewed in my portfolio. Before your decision to take commission, I strongly recommend you to review my previous works. I best work if I use my own style, It's what I'm comfortable with.
